Regardless of where you are located in Oregon we can help you successfully close short sales. We have two programs that you can work with us on.
1) Short Sale Referral:
25% of the commission is paid to you at closing – all you do is email or fax us the attached short sale referral form and we do the rest.
2) Co-Listing Referral:
50% of the commission is paid to us at closing for successfully negotiating your client’s short sale. (does not apply to Eugene/Springfield Area Brokers)
